How to use

Super-Food Mask

Massage a thin, even layer of the mask over clean skin. Lie back and relax for 10-20 mins then remove with a warm, damp cloth.


Body Oil with Arnica

Add one to two pumps to your hands, rub together to warm the oil. Massage with sweeping, circular motions towards the heart. For maximum benefit, apply after a warm shower or bath on damp skin.
