Amethyst has been used for centuries to calm the mind and soothe emotions. Its inherent high frequency, the distinct violet colour in the light spectrum contribute to clean the aura creating a protective shield around the body.
Intended to address the flow of stagnant energy and promote wellness, Gua Sha massage was traditionally used all over the body to reduce inflammation.
Our Gua Sha comes with a cotton pouch and Step by Step 'how to use' leaflet. Each stone is sustainably sourced, and artisan crafted meaning patterns and shapes may vary.

How to use
How to use
Step 1
Take a moment to breathe deeply, connect with the stone, and set intentions for your ritual.
Step 2
Apply your preferred moisturiser for best absorption and glide. We recommend Inlight Face oil or Night Balm for the face, Neck firming Serum for the neck and décolleté.
Step 3
Holding the stone at a flat 15 degree angle, work gently and slowly applying feather light pressure. Support the skin with the other hand to avoid tugging. More detailed instructions on the perfect ritual are included with your stone. Wash with warm soapy water and cleanse with pink rock salt once per week.
