Europe flat rate - £13.00
Rest of the World (order value under £100) - £19.50

We have retailers and stockists worldwide that may help reduce your parcel’s miles and shipping costs. International delivery typically takes 1-2 weeks, tracking will be sent with your dispatch email for the most up to date delivery information.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery dates for overseas shipping due to customs clearance processes. In the unlikely event you have not received your order after 10 working days, please call us or e-mail info@inlightbeauty.co.uk.

All our product prices include UK Vat. For international orders, this is deducted at checkout. Your local customs may require you to pay tax and fees on delivery.

Returns & Refunds
We want you to be delighted with your Inlight Beauty purchase. However, if you change your mind, we offer a straightforward return process.

Standard Returns: You have 14 days from receipt to notify us of a return. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. Returns are made at your own expense.

Exchanges: If you would prefer a different product, please notify us within the 14-day window.

Faulty Goods: If a product is faulty or arrives damaged, please notify us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.

Product Care: Because our formulations are organic and free from synthetic preservatives, they must be stored away from heat, sunlight and damp conditions like bathrooms. Please use the wooden spatula provided to maintain the hygiene and purity of the balms.

We are sorry but we can’t refund your postage/courier costs (with the exception of faulty products) and for oversees customers, any customs fees or local taxes.
