Delivery & Returns

Please note that we may not be able to process your order on the same day as it is placed, although we will try our best to. Our local PO has restricted opening hours, so please allow extra time for your order to reach you. If you have any questions please do call us on 01326 281114.

All orders over £50 are sent 2nd Class Signed For (tracked) Royal Mail as standard unless selected otherwise.

Courier option available for next day delivery on orders placed before 8.30am at a flat rate of £9 (UK only).

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours (week days). In the unlikely event you have not received your order after 7 days, please call us.

OVERSEAS POST

- EU flat rate shipping £13.00 sent International Signed for Royal Mail.
- Rest of the World flat rate shipping £19.50 sent either International Signed for Royal Mail or Courier.

Tracking will be provided.

We are delighted to ship to any location, however, for our international customers there may be additional charges and fees imposed by your local customs process for which you may be liable so we do recommend checking our list of stockists to see if we have someone local to you.

Although every effort will be made for you to receive your order as quickly as possible, please allow up to 10 days. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for overseas shipping as sometimes they are subject to customs clearance in the destination country.


Our offices are closed on weekends and Bank Holiday Mondays. Orders placed during these times will be processed on the following Monday/Tuesday. 


We trust the parcel will be delivered to you within the promised delivery time and in good condition. However, should you not be satisfied, we would appreciate hearing your comments in order to always improve our service.

RETURNS

We prepare your parcel with love and care, however if it is damaged upon its arrival to you, please get in touch; we ask that you return your item within 7 days for an exchange or refund. 

  • Please note – due to hygienic reasons, we are unable to provide refunds on opened/used products.
  • We can only offer refunds and exchanges for purchases made through inlightbeauty.co.uk
  • We are sorry but we can’t refund your postage/courier costs (with the exception of faulty products) and for oversees customers, any customs fees or local taxes.
