1. About Us
These terms are between you and Cemon Homeopathics Ltd (trading as Inlight Beauty).

2. Our Products
Natural Variations: Our formulations are rooted in scientific integrity and organic purity. Due to the high concentration of natural ingredients, you may notice slight variations in colour, scent, or texture between batches. This does not affect the efficacy or safety of the product.

Safety & Use: Please follow all application instructions provided. If you have a known allergy, please review the ingredient list (INCI) carefully. We recommend a patch test before full use.

Disclaimer: Our products are for cosmetic use only. While they are designed to support skin health, they are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.

3. Pricing and Payment
Prices include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. In the event of a significant error, we may cancel your order and provide a full refund.

Discounts & Vouchers: Only one discount or offer is valid per order. A voucher code will not be valid for any product already on offer. Loyalty point rewards are treated as voucher codes. Please ensure codes are entered at the basket or checkout, as they cannot be applied retrospectively.

4. Shipping and Handling

UK Delivery: We offer Free Collection from our Cornwall site (TR13 0LW).

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £4.95 or FREE over £80.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £7.95.

Overseas Post:

Europe Flat Rate - £13.00.

Rest of the World - £19.50 (under £100) or £25 (over £100).

Customs & Duties: For international orders, any additional taxes, customs charges, or local fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery.

5. Delivery Schedules
Despatch: We aim to despatch orders within 1 - 2 business days.

Estimated Arrival: UK delivery typically takes 1 - 3 business days post-despatch. International orders may take up to 10 business days.

Delays: Delivery dates are guidelines only. Inlight Beauty cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or external courier issues. If your order has not arrived within 7 days (UK) or 10 days (Overseas), please contact us.

6. Cancellations and Returns

We want you to be delighted with your Inlight Beauty purchase. However, if you change your mind, we offer a straightforward return process.

Standard Returns: You have 14 days from receipt to notify us of a return. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. Returns are made at your own expense.

Exchanges: If you would prefer a different product, please notify us within the 14-day window.

Faulty Goods: If a product is faulty or arrives damaged, please notify us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.

Product Care: Because our formulations are organic and free from synthetic preservatives, they must be stored away from heat and sunlight. Please use the wooden spatula provided to maintain the hygiene and purity of the balms.

7. Availability
In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we will contact you promptly. We will offer you the choice of an alternative product, a delayed delivery, or a full refund for the unavailable item.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
