Inlight Touch Therapy Training

Oncology massage is about providing a safe space for relaxation and pain management. By using a scientific, evidence-based approach to pressure and ingredient selection, therapists can support the body’s healing process rather than adding to its burden.

The Power of Touch

The Power of Touch

When a client is undergoing cancer treatment, the body’s physiology and immune responses change significantly.

Standard massage techniques, which often involve deep tissue manipulation or heavy pressure, can be counterproductive or even dangerous for someone in active treatment or recovery.

We provide a SATCC (Standards Authority for Touch in Cancer Care) approved and FHT accredited training course especially designed for qualified massage professionals, covering theory and practical considerations of offering massage therapies to clients who have either experienced or are in treatment for cancer.

We are committed partners of the Amethyst Trust, providing cancer-safe treatment training for massage therapists.

"At The Amethyst Trust, we are truly proud to partner with Inlight Beauty, whose philosophy of holistic wellbeing and mindful touch reflects everything we stand for. Together, we share a vision of touch that is gentle, inclusive, and deeply restorative - honouring each person with care and compassion.

Through our combined Amethyst and Inlight Touch Training, we are empowering therapists to bring comfort, confidence, and care to those who need it most. Our shared mission is to make holistic therapy accessible and safe for everyone, including those affected by cancer, ensuring everyone can experience the comfort and reassurance of safe, nurturing touch.”
