The beautiful bright yellow Arnica montana is well renowned in nature’s pharmacopeia, for easing many of the common aches, pains, and injuries that arise in our daily lives. Falls and other traumas can cause blood vessels to break under your skin causing tenderness and discoloration. Arnica has been used for centuries to help speed up the recovery from bruises and swelling.

Hyssop, praised for its cicatrisant and anti-rheumatic virtues, perfectly pairs with Arnica making Arnica & Hyssop balm a powerful first aid for knocks, bruise, and bumps!

Oil-based formula means a high concentration of active ingredients and a little is all you need for effective results.

This product has been formulated with sensitive skins in mind, and with its unique, 100% organic, synthetic-free formula, is safe to use on skins of all ages. If in any doubt as to sensitivity, particularly to one of the ingredients, we recommend conducting a patch test for 24 hours on an area of healthy skin before applying to the appropriate area.

Great for soothing redness and irritation on skin. Anti-rheumatic and anti-inflammatory properties.

How to use

How to use

Gently spread over the affected area until absorbed. Less is more; start with a pearl size and add more as needed.


Advice and tips

Alternatively apply generously before bed and wrap in clingfilm and a bandage for optimum absorption. Suitable for face and body.


Avoid immediate contact with clothing as some ingredients may cause staining.

Full of loneliness!

I’m loving this Arnica and Hissop Balm. It arrived beautifully packaged and full of loveliness. I’m massaging it in to my feet and ankles following a fall, which left a wound on my left leg. The wound is now healed but sensitive areas around it are needing the balm and it’s helping me sleep better at night. I’m going to be sending for a second jar shortly and will look at your other products too. I love the little spatula and use it every night :)

Superb for bruises and swelling

This is an amazing balm. My mother and I have both used this and have been so pleased with the results. My mother suffers from osteoporosis and suffers swelling in her joints. This greatly reduces the swelling.
I used the balm following surgery which left me with bruising and swelling and this worked wonders!
We are now on our fourth pot! Highly recommended.
