Standard Returns: You have 14 days from receipt to notify us of a return. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. Returns are made at your own expense.
Exchanges: If you would prefer a different product, please notify us within the 14-day window.
Faulty Goods: If a product is faulty or arrives damaged, please notify us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.
Product Care: Because our formulations are organic and free from synthetic preservatives, they must be stored away from heat, sunlight and damp conditions like bathrooms. Please use the wooden spatula provided to maintain the hygiene and purity of the balms.
We are sorry but we can’t refund your postage/courier costs (with the exception of faulty products) and for oversees customers, we cannot refund any customs fees or local taxes.
