After applying a Face Oil or balm, gently glide the amethyst Gua Sha across the skin using light, upward strokes, following the natural contours of the face. Work slowly from the centre outward, focusing on areas of tension such as the jawline, cheeks, and brow.

Combining the physical face-sculpting techniques of ancient Chinese medicine with the soothing, energetic properties of amethyst crystal. Amethyst is traditionally used in healing to reduce stress, calm nervous energy, and clear the mind, making it the perfect facial massage stone to enhance your ritual.
