Top tip: Try warming your cloth and laying it over the face prior to applying cleanser and/or face masks, to open pores and allow better absorption of the bio active ingredients.

Faulty Goods: If a product is faulty or arrives damaged, please notify us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.
Product Care: Because our formulations are organic and free from synthetic preservatives, they must be stored away from heat, sunlight and damp conditions like bathrooms. Please use the wooden spatula provided to maintain the hygiene and purity of the balms.
