Star Ingredients
Lavender
Naturally anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory. Helps to calm and soothe whilst speeding up healing.
Rosemary
Antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Helps to reduce swelling and calms redness.
Olive Oil
Locks in moisture, rich in Vitamin E and antioxidants to fight off free radicals.
Beeswax
Skin-softening and soothing properties. Creates a hydrating, long-lasting protective barrier.
Step 1: Body Brush
Dry brush before you enter the shower or your bathtub and sweep along the body in long strokes towards
the heart.
Step 2: Firm & Tone Body Oil
Pour the oil into the palm of your hand, preferably after a hot shower or bath, and massage into the areas of the body that need toning, including thighs, tummy, breast or neck. Work the oil in a circular motion towards the heart, gradually increasing the pressure, to stimulate the circulation and allow for good absorption.
Step 3: Foot Balm
Starting from the top of the foot, massage Inlight Foot Balm working down to the toes, the underside of the foot and the heel. Apply more generously onto the dry heel area and/or cracks until fully absorbed. On cracked areas it will take longer for the product to absorb.
Step 4: Hair Elixir
Dry, thin, fragile hair - Restorative and nourishing conditioning effect: Apply onto wet hair before each shampoo. Massage and comb through distributing the oil from root to end. Leave for 15 minutes. Shampoo without using conditioner. Dry hair as normal.
Coloured, coarse and curly hair - Intensive moisturising and re-balancing of the scalp: Massage onto dry hair as an overnight mask for the oil to penetrate and nourish scalp and roots. Comb through with a wide tooth comb working oil through to ends. In the morning, shampoo without using conditioner. Dry hair as normal.
For best results: Use at least twice weekly for the first six weeks with weekly treatments thereafter
