Wonderful massage oil featuring anti-oedemic and anti-inflammatory arnica, apricot kernel oil and vitamin E-rich evening primrose oil to rejuvenate and nourish. The power packed formula has a great silky consistency, easily glides onto the body, making this elixir ideal to use post sports or simply to help ease and soothe muscle tension.
Apply after a warm bath or shower, or to prepare the skin before and after exercise, gardening, walking and/or as a calming after sun.

Add one to two pumps to your hands, rub together to warm the oil.

Massage with sweeping, circular motions towards the heart. Repeat as needed.
